Production and Processing Timeline

All Suna Bonometti jewelry is made to order in our NYC studio. We always strive to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Please note that we allow ourselves five business days for production and processing before we ship out your order.

 

Domestic Shipping

After your order has shipped from our studio, domestic shipments may arrive between 1-10 business days, depending on which shipping method you have selected (USPS First Class, USPS Priority, UPS 2 Day, or UPS Overnight).

 

International Shipping

For international orders we offer DHL (3-5 business days after ship date), in certain instances, there may be a remote area surcharge depending on the location. You will receive an email with your package’s tracking number. Once your order has shipped from our studio.

 

International Duties and Taxes

Suna Bonometti is not responsible for the payment of duties and taxes imposed by the country where the order is delivered.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible once your order is in transit.

 

Urgent Orders and Special Requests

If you have an urgent order or a special request, please email us at hello@sunabonometti.com and we will try our best to accommodate you.

 

Ring Sizing

If you are unsure of your ring size, we sell plastic ring sizer that can be purchased in the Finger section of our website. Or please visit your local jeweler for a fitting. 

 

Exchange 

Please consider that each Suna Bonometti piece is made to order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer site credit or a gift card in exchange for your return within 10 days of the arrival of your purchase. For both domestic and international returns, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Incorrect sizing and Resizing

Please note that we do not accept exchanges for incorrect sizing. We do offer resizing for a $40 fee.

 

Care

Silver and brass naturally oxidize over time, developing a soft grey patina as a result of exposure to air and moisture. This is a normal chemical reaction and can be easily removed using a metal polish—we recommend W.G. Hagerty’s 100 All Metal Polish—and a soft polishing cloth, such as the Sunshine Polishing Cloth.

For darker stains on your jewelry, a brass brush with mild soap and water can help. Gently brush in circular motions to lift the oxidation.

To slow down the oxidation process, avoid exposing your Suna Bonometti jewelry to moisture, steam from showers, or any water-based activities. When not in use, store your piece in a cool, dry place inside an airtight bag.

If your Suna Bonometti piece gets damaged and you need a repair, please contact us at hello@sunabonometti.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.
